Lela and Zubin’s wedding weekend at High Hampton Resort was a vibrant, beautifully layered celebration that honored both of their cultures. Set in the mountains of Cashiers, North Carolina, the weekend unfolded across two days, beginning with a traditional Indian ceremony on Friday and followed by a Christian ceremony on Saturday.

The Indian ceremony was rich with color, florals, and texture, filling the High Hampton grounds with movement and joy. Henna, vibrant fabrics, and layered details created a striking contrast against the mountain setting. On Saturday, the celebration shifted into a more classic tone, with a Christian ceremony that felt timeless and elegant while still seamlessly connected to the weekend as a whole. Lela’s bridal looks blended both worlds effortlessly, pairing henna with a refined, classic bridal aesthetic.

The weekend was thoughtfully planned by Tara Skinner Events, with lush floral design by August Floral & Event Design that brought depth, color, and texture to every space. Bridal attire was selected from Carriage House Birmingham, featuring a gown by August Jones, and hair and makeup by Louise Robertson and Abby Moore completed the look.
