Hi, i’m Hannah.

Mary Hannah (or to her friends, just Hannah) is a photojournalist focusing on wedding and commercial work. She and her husband (and welsh terrier, Archie) call both Atlanta and Nashville home-–and enjoy traveling together to wherever their work takes them. With a background in language studies, her ability to communicate an unrepeatable story is one of her greatest honors. Her inspiration can be found in vintage photographs, classic design, and the way photos can make you feel.

  • Organic, natural, timeless, + classic are all words that clients have generously referenced in reviews!

  • Each wedding has a different flow, so the number of photos in a gallery will vary. Usually, a gallery includes 100 images per hour of coverage.

  • I fully believe that creating a thoughtful plan for the day allows more room for each moment to feel more natural + organic. We’ll have milestones in the planning process for scheduling out parts that feel important to you, but I keep it open-handed. Each wedding day should still feel fluid, allowing it to feel unique to you + your fiance.

  • Not only is shooting on film one of my biggest inspirations in capturing and editing, it serves as one of the best pacers for the day. On days that can have some of the sweetest ‘chaos’, shooting in film every so often helps my couples have a second to catch their breath, and creates space to soak in the moment.

  • A 30-50% deposit is required to reserve your date, and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due by wedding date.

  • First things first, think through any of the offerings you might be interested in. I’d love to create a bespoke contract based on what coverage you’d love!
